The Working Artist Forum is pleased to announce that they will be exhibiting from November 2 through the 29 at the Easton Branch of the Talbot County Free Library, located at 100 W. Dover Street.

The exhibit will be open during normal library hours in November, including during this year’s Waterfowl Festival on November 8, 9, and 10.

Sabine Simonson, Outreach Services and Volunteer Coordinator of the Talbot County Free Library – Easton Branch, graciously invited  WAF members this exhibit opportunity to showcase the professional quality of art by its members.

“Serenity,” by Mary Veiga.

WAF is a group of local, professional artists. Membership into WAF is by a jurying process based on artistic drawing and painting skills. Meeting monthly at the Academy Art Museum for demonstrations and updates on exhibits and other events, it also focuses on their interest to encourage the arts in surrounding communities by their involvement and funding support to local schools’ art departments.

WAF is pleased to be a part of this special exhibit during the month of November, to include the days during Waterfowl, which promotes wildlife conservation and art, showcasing the unique lifestyle of the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  The WAF exhibit at the Talbot County Free Library in Easton provides a variety of genres, mediums and subject matter, creating a unique and visually compelling show.  Contact information on the exhibiting artists will be on display with their art.
