Experience an old-fashioned, hometown parade along Rock Hall’s Main Street, featuring the Kent County Community Band, floats, horses, antique cars, fire engines and more. The parade starts at the Lagoon Ballfields on Route 445. The parade is followed by activities in the Civic Center on Civic Center Drive and includes food vendors, arts and crafts and other family-oriented activities.

“Patterns of Eastern Shore Life” Exhibit

The new exhibit, “Patterns of Eastern Shore Life,” features an opening reception on July 5. Artists were challenged to interpret “patterns” broadly, capturing the beauties and wonders of rural Eastern Shore life. The exhibit is on display July 5 through 28.
