Old Wye Mill Grinding Days

“Ask a Master Gardener” Plant Clinic

Claws for a Cause

Fisherman’s Crab Deck, Grasonville.

Tickets are $90 in advance or $100 at the door and include all-you-can-eat steamed crabs as well as a buffet of fried chicken, pork barbeque and assorted sides. Raffle tickets, priced at $10 each, will offer the chance to win one of two prize packages, “Backyard Fun” or “Eastern Shore Living.” The crab feast benefits the University of Maryland Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown. Dice Charity Ride and Picnic

Chesapeake Heritage & Visitors Center, 425 Piney Narrows Road, Chester.

Hosted by Centreville Masonic Lodge #180, the ride begins at the Chesapeake Heritage & Visitors Center at noon and concludes at Conquest Beach at 2 p.m., followed by a picnic. Menu will include grilled chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, pasta salad, baked beans, watermelon and cake. All vehicles gladly accepted; event is rain or shine.
