Murder Mystery Dinner
November 1 @ 12:00 am
Kent Island Federation of Arts (KIFA) in Stevensville is holding a Murder Mystery Dinner Theater on November 1. Proceeds from KIFA’s annual fundraiser benefits the Kent Island community through extensive outreach, including art classes, gallery exhibits, summer camps and more.
Guests attending this murder mystery dinner theater are in for a real treat. Highly recognized for its talent, the Murder Mystery Company of Baltimore will orchestrate the evening of “Totally 80s” mayhem behind the scenes at a rock concert. The company will mix with guests in assembling a cast…so costumes of your finest 80’s wear are very suitable (yet optional) …whether as your favorite celebrity of the time, or even your 80’s self.
Kentmorr Restaurant in Stevensville will host the dinner with intimate tables of six for a total of 80 guests. Attendees will enjoy a buffet supper, cash bar and a jovial atmosphere as they vie for items in a unique way of bidding for artists’ works, opportunities and experiences. In addition, there will be six baskets of foods and drink for the silent auction. Cost for the evening will be $75 per person with $35 going to one’s KIFA program of choice.
The Kent Island Federation of Arts is a 501(c)3 charity with a mission to enhance the cultural and artistic climate of Queen Anne’s County by encouraging participation in and the promotion of the visual arts, and to provide the opportunity for people of all ages to better appreciate the arts and develop their own creative skills. KIFA has been fulfilling this mission for the past 53 years. Call KIFA at 410-643-7424.
