With the help of its sponsors, the Queen Anne’s County Tourism Office, An Optical Galleria and Priceless Industries, the Queen Anne’s County Arts Council (QACAC) presents its free summer concert series for 2019. Get ready to rock out with friends and family at some of the best local venues with some of the finest local acts. The Alligators play a broad variety of music from or about Louisiana and New Orleans with the goal of spreading this great music around Maryland’s Eastern Shore and beyond. And who knows how to party better than “N’Awlins”? Inspiration comes from Professor Longhair, The Meters, Dr. John, Allen Toussaint, Louis Armstrong, Jon Cleary, and many others. With an ever-growing catalog of great music spanning four decades, there is sure to be something on their playlist for everyone. Dancing is encouraged.
