“Songs from the Stage”

May 4, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

For one night only, Heart & Music will be on Tilghman Island to perform the show “Songs from the Stage from Broadway and Beyond.” The show, which includes selections of music by Carole King, Sara Bareilles, and Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, is scheduled for Saturday, May 4 at 7 p.m. at the Tilghman United Methodist Church. The performance is free.

Heart & Music has earned a reputation for staging shows with engaging song selections, and professional quality singing and choreography, and this year Director Ed Langrell and Music Director Ellen Barry Grunden, along with producers Beth Anne Langrell and Lisa Roth, have done another outstanding job.

The Music of Tilghman concerts are sponsored by the Tilghman United Methodist Church and partially sponsored by the Talbot County Arts Council with funds provided by the Talbot County Council and the Towns of Easton, Oxford, and St. Michaels. This concert was organized by For All Seasons, the only non-profit Behavioral Health and Rape Crisis Center serving the five counties of Maryland’s Mid Shore. It is Heart and Music’s ninth annual production.
