Gary Hall
A resident of Easton Maryland since 2004. Graduated BS Degree in Education from Bowie State College 1971. I taught school for many years before changing careers to Investment Advisory Services. Prompted by curiosity, what started as a whimsical dabbling into an art craft in 1972, turned into a lifelong passion of designing geometric art. The artwork is a small glimpse into the immense structure and connection of the science of geometry and the order of numbers. As a self-taught artist, I design, construct, and make all of the art including the frames. Over the years, through trial and error, I refined and honed my skills. By applying some knowledge of the principles of geometry, I have developed a large collection of work. I thank my beautiful wife Dale of 55 years, and two children for all of their support for putting up with all the sawing and banging over 50 years.

Mesmerize
Constructed with wood, fabric, brass wire and over 5000 well placed nails. Mesmerize with its offset skew is one of my most captivating artworks. It stimulates your mind to look deeply into the spiraling vortexes. It has a seamless juxtaposition of The Yin & Yang that shifts as you change your focus. Even though you see many curves, they are all an illusion. All of the curves formed are made by straight lines.
